REFUND POLICY

Due to the personal and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. This is in accordance with RCW 19.86.020 and WA State ecommerce protections for small product-based businesses.

1. Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photo evidence. We will offer:

• A replacement

• A refund

• Or a credit, at our discretion

2. Return Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on:

• Used or opened products

• Items purchased during sales or promotions

• Gift cards or digital downloads

 

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless an item was sent in error.
